Travis Goldstein is California Bonsai Studio's owner and resident artist. travis has had a strong interest in plants and bonsai since the age of ten, however, in 2000 he became more serious in his study of bonsai after a two month long trip to Japan. Travis began taking classes and working with Gary and Masura Ishii at Chikguo-en bonsai nursery in addition to ongoing lessons with Kenji Miyata. Travis will be demonstrating on wood carving. So bring your eye protection because this is going to be a good one!
