Home Away From Home

I apologize for the lack of content for the past month. I was on vacation at Walt Disney World for roughly 27 days and finally life is getting back to normal. Yes, I did bring my laptop and planned to update the website while on vacation but, the Mouse go to me and I never even cracked opened my laptop at all.

As you see from the photo above it was pretty hard time walking around and slaving around for the Big Mouse. The picture above was taken at Japanese Sushi restraunt in the Japanese area of Epcot. You can not beat an ice green tea over looking the torii gate that decorates the water in front of the pavillion.

The Japan Pavillion is part of the World Showcase within Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Its location is between The American Adventure and Morocco pavillions. The Japabuildings surrounding a courtyard. The entrance to the courtyard features a Japanese Pagoda. The area is filled with Japanese pools and gardens. At the end of the courtyard is the gate to a Japnese castle, including a moat, which leads into a display of Japanese culture. During the spring, WDW has their annual International Flower and Garden Festival, uses specially-theme floral displays throughout the park, including topiary sculptures of Disney characters. Guests can meet gardening experts and learn new ideas they can use in their own home gardens. What is unique for us bonsai nuts is that several bonsai will be on display during the same time by a local club.
